Role & Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations tailored to individual client needs and styles.
- Convey the essence of Chanel through storytelling, showcasing deep knowledge of the brand's heritage and craftsmanship.
- Build and maintain a discerning clientele, ensuring loyalty through attentive follow-up and extending the Chanel experience beyond the boutique.
- Contribute to commercial performance by achieving sales goals and utilizing available tools effectively.
- Ensure operational excellence through participation in client transactions, after-sales service, and stock management.
- Maintain the boutique's impeccable appearance and promote collective excellence by sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in Fine Watchmaking or Jewelry.
- Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong taste for challenges.
- Service-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
