Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients through the boutique, delivering warm, bespoke experiences tailored to individual preferences, personality, and morphology in alignment with Chanel's signature style
- Propose complete silhouettes and product recommendations across all merchandise categories, emphasizing the brand's values of freedom, femininity, and creative excellence
- Develop and maintain client files, fostering loyalty through personalized follow-up and storytelling that reinforces the Chanel dream beyond the boutique visit
- Serve as a brand ambassador, articulating Chanel's heritage, creative vision, and craftsmanship through compelling narratives that cultivate client desire and emotional connection
- Achieve assigned performance targets and contribute strategically to action plans; demonstrate proactive inventory knowledge to drive commercial performance
- Master and apply proper sales ceremonies and procedures, including suggestive selling techniques; communicate client feedback to management to inform future product selection
