Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional boutique experience.
- Deliver a personalized and warm customer service tailored to individual client needs.
- Advise clients on Chanel's product lines, ensuring a unique silhouette that aligns with their desires and the brand's style.
- Build and maintain privileged relationships with clients through empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
- Develop and manage client databases to enhance customer loyalty beyond the boutique visit.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Chanel's style and values.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the development of action plans.
- Utilize stock knowledge to enhance commercial performance.
- Understand and apply sales protocols, including upselling techniques, and provide client feedback to management.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end environment is required.
