Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique, ensuring a personalized and warm experience.
- Offer tailored styling advice, aligning with the client's desires, personality, and the Chanel aesthetic.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Develop and manage client databases to enhance customer loyalty beyond the boutique visit.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the heritage and modernity of Chanel with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the development of action plans.
- Utilize stock knowledge to enhance sales performance and provide feedback to management for inventory refinement.
