Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while converting foot traffic into sales.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across fashion, leather goods, accessories, beauty and fragrance to advise clients and drive recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and presentation.
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures, appointment management and collaboration with colleagues on client events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service; experience in luxury or premium retail is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Commercially minded with a demonstrable ability to meet sales objectives.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Discretion, professionalism and the ability to represent an iconic luxury brand.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail experience; prior experience within luxury or premium boutiques is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury goods is a plus.
