Chanel – Geneva: Sales Advisor needed to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales for an iconic fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, anticipatory client service that reflects Chanel’s brand standards and elevates the boutique experience.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation directives to maintain boutique aesthetics and seasonal displays.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions and maintain accurate cash and sales records.
  • Manage stockroom procedures, replenishment and inventory accuracy; assist with receiving and stock control.
  • Support boutique events and client appointments, and collaborate with the team on local sales initiatives.
  • Adhere to brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and luxury retail compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury or premium fashion retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a polished professional manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
  • Comfortable with cash handling, POS operations and basic inventory processes.
