Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations related to orders and logistics, ensuring punctuality, precision, and quality.
  • Supervise order processing activities from entry to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Create and verify orders, reporting any anomalies or operational problems.
  • Ensure campaign closure with corrective actions if necessary.
  • Handle bulk loading of materials and articles for campaign orders.
  • Manage the allocation of sales items.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the sales force.
  • Assist external and internal clients.
  • Update and maintain client records.
  • Manage legal documentation and forms.
  • Enter and update data in company systems.
  • Handle client openings, closures, and transitions.
  • Manage retailer distribution contracts, including compilation, dispatch, and archiving.
  • Handle official communications such as closure letters, commercial agreements, and other documentation.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in operational roles.

Skills

Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Reliability, precision, and adherence to timelines. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of management systems (preferably ERP) and shipment tracking tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Good command of the English language, with French as a plus.

Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience in operational roles, demonstrating a strong ability to manage logistics and administrative tasks efficiently.
