Chanel Safety & Security Coordinator in Dubai, UAE – oversee boutique and corporate security operations, compliance, and incident management in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily safety and security activities across CHANEL locations in the UAE, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for clients and team members
- Conduct regular site visits, identify safety and security risks, and track corrective actions to completion
- Support incident response processes, including documentation, escalation, and follow-up in accordance with established procedures
- Coordinate security investigations, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, documentation and preparation of investigation reports
- Monitor compliance with UAE safety, security and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities on inspections and follow up on findings and corrective actions
- Coordinate planning and delivery of safety and security training and awareness activities for employees
- Manage relationships with security, safety and service providers; review service documentation and performance indicators
- Support procurement activities, quotations, and purchase orders for safety and security services
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of safety and security procedures, standards and guidelines
Qualifications
- University degree in Security Studies, Risk Management, Criminology, International Relations, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate security, safety, risk management, luxury retail or related operational environment
- Proven experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors or operational activities
- Working knowledge of UAE safety and security regulatory requirements preferred
- High ethical standards, professional integrity and discretion
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate security, safety, risk management, luxury retail or a related operational environment, with proven capability in coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors and operational activities.
Education
University degree in Security Studies, Risk Management, Criminology, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
