Chanel Safety and Security Intern, Neuilly-sur-Seine: Risk assessment, audits, and safety documentation for Parfums Beauté division from September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze occupational, security, and fire safety risks across corporate facilities including offices, laboratories, and high-risk zones
  • Participate in updating and enhancing prevention documentation including risk assessments (DUERP), safety protocols, internal procedures, training materials, and awareness initiatives
  • Conduct on-site audits and security diagnostics with formal reporting and action plan development
  • Provide operational support to security and safety managers in risk prevention, contractor oversight, and day-to-day compliance management

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university program (Master's level or equivalent) with specialization in risk prevention, occupational health and safety, or facility management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate risk situations with rigor and analytical clarity
  • Proficiency in applying and interpreting health and safety regulations and risk prevention frameworks
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally with diverse internal teams and external contractors
  • Demonstrated interpersonal ease, autonomy, discretion, and strong sense of responsibility
