Chanel seeks a Rewards and People Programs Manager in Singapore to lead compensation and employee engagement strategies across Southeast Asia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competitive rewards strategies aligned with Chanel's brand values and market positioning
  • Design and manage employee compensation and benefits programs across the Southeast Asia region
  • Oversee people programs including recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent program delivery and compliance
  • Analyze market benchmarking data to optimize compensation structures
  • Manage program budgets and ROI tracking across the Southeast Asia and ASEAN portfolio
  • Partner with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate implementation and reporting

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or people programs management
  • Strong knowledge of reward systems and employee engagement best practices
  • Experience managing programs across multiple markets or regions
  • Demonstrated understanding of Southeast Asian employment regulations and cultural nuances
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
