Chanel seeks a Rewards and People Programs Manager in Singapore to lead compensation and employee engagement strategies across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement competitive rewards strategies aligned with Chanel's brand values and market positioning
- Design and manage employee compensation and benefits programs across the Southeast Asia region
- Oversee people programs including recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent program delivery and compliance
- Analyze market benchmarking data to optimize compensation structures
- Manage program budgets and ROI tracking across the Southeast Asia and ASEAN portfolio
- Partner with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate implementation and reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or people programs management
- Strong knowledge of reward systems and employee engagement best practices
- Experience managing programs across multiple markets or regions
- Demonstrated understanding of Southeast Asian employment regulations and cultural nuances
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, specifically in compensation, benefits administration, or people programs management. Experience managing regional or multi-country programs is preferred. Familiarity with the luxury retail or fashion industry is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
