Chanel seeks a Rewards and People Programs Manager in Singapore to design competitive reward frameworks and build people analytics capability across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute competitive, equitable, and business-aligned reward frameworks across the SEAA region, ensuring market competitiveness and pay equity
- Drive pay equity audits across the region, embedding reward philosophies that reflect commitment to inclusion and transparency
- Model cost implications of rewards proposals and partner with Business Leads and P&O community to ensure programs support talent attraction, retention, and motivation
- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of regional people programs aligned with SEAA LEAP Ambition 2030
- Build and scale robust people analytics capability, including designing dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance standards
- Develop program measurement architecture that tracks adoption, employee sentiment, business impact, and ROI across key people initiatives
- Connect data across rewards, structure, and people metrics to enable holistic decisions and quantify cost outcomes of organizational changes
- Present data-driven findings, business cases, and recommendations to senior management and support annual planning cycles
- Participate actively in North Asia and SEAA Rewards Communities to support implementation of global and regional reward programs and policies
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in compensation design and benchmarking with hands-on experience using job evaluation methodologies
- Experience managing annual compensation review cycles including merit, bonus, and equity processes across multiple markets
- Deep understanding of SEAA compensation regulations, market dynamics, and statutory requirements
- Proven capability in building and scaling people analytics functions, including dashboards and reporting frameworks
- High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools and HRIS platforms
- Fluency in AI use cases and expertise in building agentic AI for productivity and simplification
- Sound business acumen with sensitivity to organizational changes and understanding of how people decisions drive cost and effectiveness
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences and build buy-in through compelling data storytelling
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience managing compensation and rewards across multiple markets in Southeast Asia or comparable regions. Proven track record in building and scaling analytics functions with measurable impact on organizational decision-making. Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and business leadership in a matrix environment to influence strategic outcomes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related field. Advanced certifications in compensation, data analytics, or HR management are advantageous.
