Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor loyalty programme operations, including member enrolment, status tracking, and benefit delivery
  • Manage rewards inventory, redemption processes, and vendor relationships to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Analyse programme performance metrics and generate insights to inform strategic optimizations
