Chanel IT Retail Intern, Neuilly/Paris, France – January 2027. Join the POS team supporting European boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively manage the POS product backlog and contribute to service quality across European and Swiss boutiques
- Coordinate between the POS team and Chanel Tech Care to ensure optimal operational status of the point-of-sale application
- Prepare and oversee Agile rituals including backlog refinement, change board meetings, and monthly reviews
- Create newsletters and monitoring dashboards to increase stakeholder visibility on team activity
- Structure and prioritise requests from business and support teams to facilitate product decision-making
Qualifications
- IT engineering school background with strong interest in product management and Agile methodologies
- Intellectual curiosity and effective communication skills with diverse technical and business stakeholders
- Fluency in French and professional-level English
- Familiarity with the Jira suite and Microsoft Office; SQL query writing capability is advantageous
- Genuine interest in the Retail sector and understanding of point-of-sale application challenges

Expected to be currently enrolled in or recently completing an IT engineering degree programme with demonstrated interest in product management and retail technology operations.
Education
IT engineering school degree or equivalent qualification in progress.
