Chanel Singapore seeks a Retail Stock Assistant in Singapore to manage stockroom operations, inventory control and floor replenishment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and unpack incoming deliveries; verify quantities and quality against invoices and delivery notes.
  • Operate and maintain stock-control processes: barcode scanning, labelling, replenishment and cycle counts.
  • Maintain an organised, secure and compliant stockroom; ensure items are stored according to brand preservation standards.
  • Replenish the sales floor promptly and accurately to support visual merchandising and client requests.
  • Prepare and process returns, transfers and internal requisitions in the inventory system.
  • Participate in full stocktakes and ad-hoc inventory reconciliations; report discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales advisors and visual merchandising to prioritise high-demand items and exceptional client orders.
  • Uphold loss-prevention protocols and ensure compliance with health & safety and brand presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy; ability to accurately count and reconcile stock.
  • Physical ability to lift and move merchandise and to stand/walk for long periods.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling high-value merchandise.
  • Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience
