Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate the distinctive Chanel House aesthetic and brand values within a luxury retail environment
- Deliver exceptional and tailored client experiences that reflect Chanel's values and prestige positioning
- Engage and build client confidence through consultative selling of fragrance, makeup, and skincare products
- Foster team cohesion and contribute to point-of-sale performance with elegance, enthusiasm, and open-mindedness
- Create warm, customized experiences that resonate with diverse, multicultural clientele
Qualifications
- Tertiary education completed (Bac+1 to Bac+5 minimum)
- Demonstrated passion for Chanel House values, aesthetic codes, and brand heritage
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine team collaboration orientation
- Multicultural awareness and sensitivity to international clientele
- Commercial acumen combined with service-oriented mindset

Experience
Entry-level or junior experience in luxury retail, prestige beauty, or customer-facing hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory for this seasonal internship.
Education
Completed secondary education; tertiary qualification (Bac+1 to Bac+5) in any discipline is required. Training in cosmetics, beauty, luxury retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
