Role & Responsibilities
- Internalize and communicate Chanel's unique fashion house style and heritage to boutique clientele
- Deliver personalized service and sincere attention to each client, building confidence and long-term relationships
- Present the breadth of Chanel's Fashion collection to clients and cultivate their interest across the brand's universe
- Contribute to boutique team performance and atmosphere with elegance, enthusiasm, humility, and intellectual openness
- Support retail operations and client engagement initiatives in alignment with Chanel's values and codes
Qualifications
- Higher education diploma (equivalent to Bac +2 to Bac +5)
- Genuine passion for Chanel, fashion, and luxury retail
- Fluent English proficiency (essential)
