Role & Responsibilities
- Own weekly, monthly and ad hoc sales and KPI reporting for the Fashion business across Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Design, develop and maintain executive dashboards and visualisations to communicate business performance and trends to retail leadership and store teams.
- Analyse sales, margin, sell-through, conversion, average transaction value and traffic metrics to identify opportunities and risks; translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Lead regular business reviews with regional retail leadership and store managers, preparing materials and tracking execution of agreed action plans.
- Collaborate with merchandising, planning, CRM and finance teams to reconcile data, support forecasting, and optimise inventory productivity and assortments.
- Monitor data integrity across POS, inventory and reporting systems; coordinate with IT and central teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Support commercial initiatives (promotions, launches, relocations) with scenario modelling and post-event performance analysis.
- Coach and influence store management on KPI interpretation and performance-improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert data into pragmatic business actions for retail environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to produce executive-grade reports and presentations under tight deadlines.
- Proven stakeholder-management skills, able to operate across store operations, merchandising and regional leadership.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail performance, retail analytics or commercial reporting, ideally within fashion or luxury retail. Experience supporting multi-store markets and partnering with merchandising, planning and store operations is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
