Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and margin improvement across the Hong Kong & Macau retail network through close partnership with store management and regional leadership.
- Design, monitor and report on retail KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value, sell-through, inventory days) and translate data into actionable initiatives.
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews; prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations for commercial leadership.
- Coordinate assortment, allocation and replenishment decisions with merchandising and planning teams to optimise in-store availability and sell-through.
- Support store execution of commercial campaigns, launches and events, ensuring adherence to brand standards and maximising retail impact.
- Partner with store operations to identify training needs and implement performance improvement plans and local commercial initiatives.
- Conduct regular store visits and mystery shopping assessments to validate execution, collect qualitative feedback and cascade best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, retail management, finance, or related discipline preferred.
- Proven ability to interpret commercial data and convert insight into measurable retail actions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience liaising with stores, merchandising and regional teams.
- Fluent business communication in English; local language skills are advantageous.

Typically requires 3–5 years of progressive retail commercial or analytics experience within luxury fashion or premium retail; demonstrable track record of improving store performance and working cross-functionally with merchandising and store teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
