Chanel Retail Performance Manager — Fragrance & Beauty
Chanel seeks a Retail Performance Manager — Fragrance & Beauty in Hong Kong (6‑month maternity cover) to drive retail KPIs, sales activation and store performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own commercial performance for the fragrance and beauty retail network in the assigned territory for the duration of the maternity cover: monitor KPIs, diagnose performance gaps and drive corrective action plans.
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales, margin and inventory reports; translate data into clear, time-bound initiatives for store teams and regional leadership.
- Design and implement sales activation and promotional plans in close collaboration with marketing, visual merchandising and wholesale/retail operations.
- Partner with store managers to optimise product assortments, stock allocation and on-floor execution during product launches and peak trading periods.
- Provide coaching and training to retail leadership on selling techniques, KPI interpretation and action planning to improve conversion and average transaction value.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, supply chain, CRM, finance) to ensure seamless in-store execution and accurate forecasting.
- Contribute to post-launch performance reviews and recommend assortment or pricing adjustments to maximise sell-through and margin.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing retail commercial performance, preferably within luxury beauty, cosmetics or fragrance.
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience translating sales data into operational improvement plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence multi-disciplinary teams and store leadership.
- Demonstrable experience driving campaigns and product launches at retail level.
- Availability for a fixed 6-month maternity cover assignment and flexibility to work retail hours as required.

Experience
Typically 4–7 years in retail commercial roles with demonstrable experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury goods; track record of improving store-level KPIs and managing multi-site initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or equivalent professional experience.
