Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to various projects aimed at achieving operational excellence in boutiques, including the development of new tools, applications, and processes.
- Actively participate in gathering field requirements, defining project specifications and priorities, and monitoring project deliverables and pilot initiatives.
- Facilitate the Retail Operations Parfums & Beauté community by organizing information sharing, best practice dissemination, and coordinating meetings and workshops.
- Support daily retail operations across European markets by collecting retail team needs, prioritizing tasks, and updating information, procedures, and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5)
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in operations, supply chain, or project management
