Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to operational excellence projects across boutiques by actively gathering field requirements, defining project specifications and priorities, developing target processes and procedures, monitoring project deliverables and pilot initiatives, collecting feedback, and preparing project communications
• Lead and animate the Retail Operations Perfumes & Beauty community by facilitating information sharing, organizing working meetings and workshops, managing agendas, preparing supporting documentation, and documenting discussions
• Provide daily operational support to retail markets by collecting team requirements, prioritizing and assigning topics, maintaining and distributing current information, procedures and tools to European markets

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and English (written and oral)
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proactive approach with excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities
• Background in retail operations, supply chain management, or project management
• Knowledge of retail and boutique environments (advantageous)

Skills

Experience

Experience in operations, supply chain, or project management; familiarity with retail environments is a significant advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 4 to 5 years of higher education (Bac + 4 / Bac + 5)
