Chanel seeks a Retail Operations Executive in Singapore to manage boutique operations, inventory, and staff performance in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless execution of retail processes
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and merchandise organization
- Supervise and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve operational targets
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Coordinate with head office on logistics, supply chain, and operational directives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably within luxury goods

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury fashion or premium goods sector. Prior experience managing boutique or flagship store operations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
