Chanel Retail Operations Assistant Manager in Hong Kong SAR | Support boutique operations and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure compliance with Chanel brand standards and policies
- Coordinate and manage store staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Supervise inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising procedures
- Support client relationship management and ensure exceptional in-store service experiences
- Liaise between store-level operations and regional headquarters on operational matters
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare operational reports for management review
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising standards, and facility cleanliness

Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese

Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in retail operations or store management, preferably within the luxury fashion, accessories, or beauty sectors.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
