Chanel internship: Retail Operations Associate, Paris. Support boutique network analysis and retail projects. 6-month stage, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and daily performance tracking of the French Fragrances & Beauty boutique network, including revenue evolution, stock management, and store traffic metrics
- Maintain, optimize, and develop performance reporting systems for individual sales associates and clienteling KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
- Manage operational logistics for boutique supplies including samples, institutional materials, and packaging through monthly allocation forecasting and ad-hoc inventory transfers
- Orchestrate product launches by supporting forecast development, providing campaign and assortment guidance to boutiques, and managing related operational coordination
- Coordinate retail committees, operational meetings, and seminars including organization, presentation delivery, and comprehensive documentation
- Provide cross-functional operational support on transversal initiatives including uniform distribution tracking and audit compliance monitoring
Qualifications
- Graduate of a commercial or university program (Bac+4/5 level)
- Demonstrated retail or sales experience in a previous role
- Strong command of French language
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with numeracy aptitude
- Demonstrated project management and organizational rigor
