Chanel Geneva internship: Fashion Retail Operations & Aftersales Coordinator (6 months, full-time, Jan 2027)
Role & Responsibilities
- Formalize and document after-sales and quality service processes to establish a reference framework for all regional service ambassadors
- Centralize and manage quality and fashion after-sales requests from Swiss Markets boutiques, including complex cases and expertise requirements
- Monitor and track quality alerts across the boutique network and develop corresponding action plans
- Animate and support the quality and after-sales service community through internal communication channels and platforms
- Collect boutique feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform project deployment strategies
- Support the implementation and monitoring of after-sales projects, tailoring initiatives, and operational efficiency tools
- Develop and deliver regular performance reporting on after-sales and tailoring metrics, as well as operational tool performance (RFID, serial number tracking, etc.)
- Communicate key performance indicators and insights to diverse stakeholder groups within the organization
Qualifications
- Degree in Commerce or Engineering with Master's specialization
- Fluent English and French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Adaptability and problem-solving capability
- Power BI expertise preferred
