Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the retail location's watches and fine jewelry collections
- Manage in-store marketing campaigns, visual displays, and promotional initiatives tailored to the luxury watch and jewelry clientele
- Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to align retail marketing efforts with brand positioning and seasonal collections
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform marketing recommendations
- Oversee budget management and ROI measurement for all retail marketing activities
- Coordinate with the brand's corporate marketing and regional teams to ensure consistency across touchpoints
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and VIP customers through personalized marketing communications

Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail marketing, preferably in watches, fine jewelry, or accessories
- Understanding of China's luxury market dynamics and consumer preferences
- Demonstrated expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution
- Strong visual merchandising knowledge and appreciation for luxury brand aesthetics
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail marketing or luxury brand management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on watches and/or fine jewelry categories. Prior experience in the Chinese luxury market or managing Asian retail operations strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field.
