Role & Responsibilities

  • Instill an uncompromising culture of brand image maintenance through merchandising, visual merchandising, and staff grooming standards aligned with global Chanel benchmarks
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams to ensure boutique displays and windows consistently reflect Chanel aesthetic and strategic positioning
  • Monitor boutique leadership and teams to maintain optimal physical environment conditions and professional appearance standards
  • Conduct market visits and in-depth competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and market dynamics affecting boutique performance
  • Provide actionable business insights through sales data analysis and prepare strategic presentations to support management decision-making
  • Generate bi-weekly detailed ready-to-wear (RTW) sales analysis reports to enhance staff performance recognition and motivation
  • Analyze individual sales KPIs and boutique performance metrics across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles to drive optimization
  • Calculate monthly boutique and individual sales targets, booster achievements, and incentive payouts based on established methodologies
  • Lead and coordinate boutique operations meetings and provide administrative support for talent engagement and recognition initiatives
  • Provide data analysis and support for establishing optimal staffing plans, accounting for leave and vacation scheduling
  • Monitor boutique headcount status, turnover metrics, and productivity indicators on a regular basis
  • Support boutique projects including renovations, openings, closings, and seasonal initiatives in collaboration with Retail Operations and specialist teams
  • Manage in-boutique event operations and support experiential initiatives across customer experience platforms
  • Oversee Retail Support Office contracts and general administrative support functions
  • Seek new business opportunities with trade partners and coordinate retrofit and renovation projects across major distribution channels
  • Manage official contracts and supplementary agreements with trade partners while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Establish close partnerships across Fashion and Watch and Fine Jewelry Divisions as well as corporate functions to execute business objectives

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5–6 years of professional experience in luxury retail or related management roles
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Exposure to or familiarity with generative AI and advanced analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated analytical capability with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to synthesize business intelligence and market data into actionable insights
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving capability within complex, matrixed organizational structures
