Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate retail team to achieve sales targets and brand objectives
- Manage daily boutique operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Drive customer engagement and relationship building to enhance brand loyalty
- Monitor financial performance and optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with Chanel brand standards and retail policies

Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Fluency in English and Malay or Mandarin Chinese

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in luxury fashion or related premium sector, preferably with exposure to Asian luxury markets.
Education
Secondary education (SPM or equivalent) required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, or related discipline preferred.
