Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of learning experiences for all frontline retail teams, identifying skill gaps and collaborating with local markets to enhance training curricula
- Orchestrate global brand engagement campaigns in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring cohesive messaging while enabling local market execution
- Champion a service excellence mindset and foster boutique floor coaching culture to maintain operational quality and client satisfaction
- Partner with local Learning & Development managers as strategic advisor on learning design, implementation, and effectiveness measurement
- Engage and uplift the North Asia retail community through best practice sharing and external learnings aligned with regional values
- Identify and nurture cross-functional synergies with Fashion métiers—Style, Client Services, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising—to enrich team development journeys
- Consolidate processes and measurement tools to evaluate training program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Pilot emerging technologies and influencing platform enhancements to optimize learning delivery
- Develop and inspire Learning & Development teams across markets through local and global initiatives
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and retail with a strong client-centric mindset and commitment to service excellence
- Extensive experience in retail learning, training animation, and team engagement, preferably within the luxury fashion sector
- Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated innovative mindset with strong adaptability to evolving market conditions
- Proven ability to operate effectively within matrix organizations with cross-functional collaboration
- Commitment to modern learning methodologies and adult education principles
