Chanel seeks a Retail Learning & Development Partner in Taipei City to lead retail training, onboarding and coaching across stores.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, localize and deliver end-to-end retail learning programmes (onboarding, product, sales and client experience) to sustain brand standards across stores in the territory.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and translate operational priorities into measurable curricula and learning paths for sales and store management teams.
  • Develop and maintain blended learning solutions — classroom, on-the-floor coaching, e‑learning and digital micro-learning — that align with global L&D strategy.
  • Partner closely with store managers, regional HR and retail operations to implement training calendars, coach-the-trainer initiatives and rollout plans.
  • Provide frontline coaching, observe in-store performance, deliver feedback and support capability building to improve conversion and client retention.
  • Establish KPIs for learning impact, compile training reports and use data to refine programmes and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Ensure all training content and delivery reflect Chanel’s brand positioning, product knowledge standards and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Organizational Development or a related discipline; advanced degree or L&D certification preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering retail training programmes, ideally within luxury fashion or beauty retail.
  • Demonstrable ability to run needs analyses, build curricula and measure learning impact with clear KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across HR, retail operations and store leadership.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional working proficiency in English.

Experience
