Chanel seeks a Retail Learning & Development Partner in Taipei to coach Fashion Advisors and drive retail team excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach Fashion Advisors on adaptability and flexibility through in-floor coaching, enabling them to customize behavior according to client personalities
- Customize, deliver, and follow up on training content using blended learning approaches; monitor and measure Fashion Advisor progress
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Retail Managers, and department heads on career path development and compensation & benefits initiatives
- Enable Fashion Advisors to embody CHANEL brand values and build emotional connections with clients through engaged development
- Plan and execute onboarding programs for new hires; gather feedback on people and client intelligence to measure effectiveness
- Serve as a trusted advisor for Fashion Advisors in learning and development matters, encouraging structured communication of concerns
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail training or learning and development within a luxury brand environment
- Proven ability to coach and mentor frontline retail employees
- Understanding of fashion retail dynamics and client engagement best practices
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail training, learning and development, or people development roles within a luxury fashion or premium retail environment is expected.
Education
Secondary education required; further education in human resources, learning and development, or related disciplines is advantageous.
