Chanel seeks a Retail Learning and Development Partner in Macao to design training solutions and coach Beauty Advisors toward retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and curate personalized learning solutions for Beauty Advisors, extending beyond product knowledge to encompass client experience and retail excellence
- Coach and collaborate with Area Managers and Boutique Managers to elevate the learning journey and implementation of training programs
- Inspire and mentor Chanel's Beauty Advisors to maintain high professional standards and deepen their commitment to the brand
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Talent Development and Retail operations to ensure alignment on capability-building initiatives
- Monitor learning outcomes and adjust training approaches based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs
- Support the acceleration of digital learning experiences tailored to retail community requirements
Qualifications
- Degree or tertiary diploma from an accredited institution
- Multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training delivery
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within selling, retail, or client service environments
- Strong client-centric mindset with a clear vision for service excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal influence skills
- Proven passion for people development and professional capability building
Skills
Experience
Multiple years of hands-on experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, with preference for prior managerial experience in retail sales, client service, or related fields.
Education
Degree or tertiary diploma from an accredited institution.
