Chanel seeks a Retail Learning and Development Partner in Macao to design and deliver training programmes across the luxury retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized learning programmes aligned with brand standards and retail objectives
- Conduct needs assessments across store locations to identify skill gaps and training priorities
- Deliver engaging training sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
- Create instructional materials, including digital content, manuals, and training resources
- Partner with regional store managers and boutique leadership to ensure consistent programme implementation
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor practices to inform continuous learning strategy
- Support onboarding and induction programmes for new retail team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes in a luxury retail or hospitality environment
- Strong instructional design and adult learning methodology expertise
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools
- Cultural awareness and ability to communicate effectively with multicultural teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of training and development experience, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands. Previous experience partnering with multi-location retail networks or regional teams is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications in instructional design (e.g. IDOL, ATD) are preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Macau, Macau, China.
