Chanel Hong Kong seeks a Retail Learning and Development Partner to drive talent development and coaching for boutique teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Curate personalized learning solutions for Boutique Advisors to enhance their capabilities beyond product knowledge, focusing on client experience and retail excellence
- Coach and collaborate with Area Managers and Boutique Managers to elevate learning initiatives and drive organizational development
- Inspire and mentor Chanel's Fashion Advisors to raise professional standards and deepen commitment to the brand
- Design and implement learning strategies that bridge Talent Development and Retail functions, fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to the ongoing development and assessment of Chanel's retail talent, ensuring alignment with business ambitions
Qualifications
- Degree or tertiary diploma with multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training
- Preference for previous managerial experience in selling, retail, or client service environments
- Strong client-centric mindset and clear vision for service excellence
- Excellent communication and influence skills with a demonstrated passion for people development
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and strong planning and time management capabilities
Skills
Experience
Multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, with preference for managerial background in selling, retail, or client service.
