Chanel seeks Retail Learning and Development Partner in Ho Chi Minh City to design and deliver training programmes for retail teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive learning and development programmes for retail teams across Fashion Specialties and Watch and Fine Jewelry divisions
- Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses to identify skill development opportunities for retail associates and managers
- Create engaging training materials and modules tailored to product knowledge, sales techniques, and luxury service standards
- Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, and mentoring programmes to enhance team performance and brand excellence
- Monitor training effectiveness and ROI through assessments, feedback collection, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with retail managers and HR teams to align learning initiatives with business objectives and employee career progression
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury retail trends, Chanel products, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and implementing retail training programmes
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail environment and customer service excellence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training metrics
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication

3 years of experience in learning and development, retail training, or related roles within luxury or premium retail environments
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related discipline
