Chanel is hiring a Retail Experience Manager in Monterrey to lead boutique operations and client experience for CHANEL & distributed brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the boutique(s) representing CHANEL and distributed brands, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary retail team to deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and sustain high conversion and retention rates.
  • Drive commercial performance against sales targets, KPIs and inventory objectives through strategic clienteling, appointment management and localised business plans.
  • Manage client relationship activities, leveraging CRM and clienteling tools to maximise lifetime value and orchestrate VIP experiences and private appointments.
  • Coordinate product flow, stock replenishment and inventory controls in collaboration with supply chain and regional teams to minimise discrepancies and stockouts.
  • Plan and execute boutique events, launches and promotional initiatives in alignment with brand calendars and local market needs.
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention, cash handling, legal and safety procedures; maintain audit-ready store governance and reporting.
  • Prepare operational reports and insight-driven analysis for regional leadership, including sales forecasting, staffing plans and expense control.
  • Collaborate with regional merchandising, marketing and visual teams to implement seasonal assortments and localised marketing activations.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in luxury retail: typically 5+ years in retail with at least 2 years in a managerial role within premium or luxury brands.
  • Demonstrable commercial track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a boutique or multi-brand environment.
  • Strong clienteling and CRM expertise with the ability to cultivate and retain high-value clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with a commitment to developing talent and sustaining a high-performance culture.
  • Sound operational knowledge including inventory management, loss prevention and boutique P&L awareness.
  • High professional standards, discretion and an acute attention to detail consistent with luxury brand expectations.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and peak periods.
  • Fluency in Spanish is expected; professional working knowledge of English is highly desirable.

Experience
