Role & Responsibilities
- Process all cash transactions and manage point-of-sale operations throughout the sales day
- Execute daily register opening and closing procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
- Apply and maintain compliance with Chanel's internal regulations and procedures governing payment processing and VAT refunds
- Maintain and manage client records in accordance with company guidelines
- Deliver flawless service quality by creating a distinctive experience for each customer during the checkout process
- Foster team collaboration by ensuring effective communication and information sharing with colleagues
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cashier in luxury fashion retail
- Advanced proficiency in English and one additional foreign language
