Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Chanel's service philosophy, ensuring hospitable and seamless client experiences with attentive, personalized attention at every interaction
- Warmly welcome and greet all clients while assisting with hosting duties throughout various boutique areas
- Serve as brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support to both clients and team members
- Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging, presentation, and wrapping of client purchases to exacting standards
- Pull and run products from the stockroom to the boutique floor and prepare fitting rooms for client appointments
- Support Fashion Advisors in sourcing products from other locations through store-to-store transfers to fulfill client requests
- Log Ready-to-Wear alterations in ACET system during fittings to ensure accurate data capture and support seamless delivery of Chanel's perfect fit service
- Maintain flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and select holidays as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related retail or customer service experience
- Physical ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and stand or walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for luxury retail and the Chanel brand, its heritage, and product offerings
- Curiosity and desire to learn and develop professionally within the luxury fashion sector
- Flexibility to accommodate late-evening, weekend, and holiday scheduling
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of related retail or customer service experience in a luxury or upscale retail environment is required. Prior boutique or fashion retail exposure is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or retail certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25.50 to USD 31 per hour.
