Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the end-to-end retail transformation roadmap, aligning systems (POS, CRM, inventory/ERP) and processes with commercial objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional programmes spanning retail operations, digital, IT and merchandising; manage schedules, budgets, scope and risk.
  • Drive vendor selection and manage third-party integrators, ensuring solution fit, commercial rigor and contractual compliance.
  • Design and implement business process redesign, data governance and operational standards for store rollouts and omnichannel workflows.
  • Own change management: stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, training strategy, user adoption and post-live stabilization.
  • Lead testing, UAT and cutover activities; define KPIs and measurement frameworks to quantify business benefit and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor project teams and local retail leads to embed new ways of working and sustain transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record leading retail transformation programmes, with responsibility for systems implementation and cross-functional coordination.
  • Demonstrable experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing at executive level.
  • Strong programme and vendor management capability, including P&L/ budget oversight and contractual governance.
  • Practical knowledge of retail systems (POS, CRM, inventory/ERP) and omnichannel fulfilment concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience designing training and adoption plans for store teams.
