Chanel in Paris seeks a Responsible Supplier Program Project Intern to support supplier due diligence, audits and sustainable sourcing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation and monitoring of the Responsible Supplier Program across supplier tiers.
- Coordinate supplier due diligence activities, including data collection, document review and tracking of corrective action plans.
- Assist with supplier assessments and audit logistics (preparation, scheduling, follow-up) and consolidation of findings.
- Compile, analyse and visualise supplier performance and sustainability KPIs for internal stakeholders and reporting.
- Prepare clear written reports, project briefs and presentations for cross‑functional teams and senior management.
- Facilitate engagement with suppliers and internal teams (sourcing, quality, legal, CSR) to drive remediation and continuous improvement.
- Research regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices related to human rights, environmental management and responsible sourcing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in sustainability, supply chain management, environmental science, business, or related field.
- Demonstrated interest in responsible sourcing, supply‑chain sustainability, or corporate social responsibility.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience handling, cleaning and summarising datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare succinct reports and presentations.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a matrix environment.

Internship-level role. Prior internships or project work in sustainability, supply chain, CSR, supplier management or auditing are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, supply chain management, environmental science, business administration or a related discipline.
