Role & Responsibilities
- Propose and design innovative research projects or study models in skin biology.
- Conduct laboratory experiments including cellular biology, histology, molecular biology, and biochemistry.
- Evaluate the efficacy of raw materials and analyze experimental results.
- Communicate findings internally through presentations and reports within project groups.
- Develop scientific concepts to support the advancement of cosmetic products.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Biology with a specialization in skin biology.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar research role, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Education
Doctorate in Biology.
