Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement regulatory strategies to ensure product compliance across cosmetics, fragrance and related product categories in Europe and internationally.
- Monitor regulatory developments (EU Cosmetics Regulation, REACH, CLP and other jurisdiction-specific laws) and translate changes into actionable requirements for R&D, production and marketing.
- Prepare, maintain and submit regulatory dossiers and notifications (e.g., CPNP), Product Information Files (PIF) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Provide regulatory guidance on formulation, packaging, labeling and claims; review marketing materials for regulatory conformity.
- Liaise with external authorities, notified bodies and external consultants; manage regulatory audits and inspections.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with R&D, quality, supply chain and legal to support product launches and lifecycle management.
- Train and advise internal teams on regulatory obligations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in pharmacy, toxicology, chemistry, regulatory affairs or a related scientific discipline.
- Deep knowledge of EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, REACH and CLP; familiarity with global regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage regulatory submissions, dossiers and product registrations.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of regulatory affairs experience within cosmetics, fragrance, luxury goods or CPG, including hands-on management of EU and international product registrations and dossier maintenance.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, toxicology, chemistry, regulatory affairs or a closely related scientific field.
