Chanel Internship: Regulatory Affairs & Environmental Compliance, Neuilly-sur-Seine, March 2027 (6 months)
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in environmental regulatory impact analyses and delegated acts assessments
- Conduct data and documentation audits across environmental regulatory requirements
- Map information sources, departmental responsibilities, and cross-functional interfaces to identify process optimization opportunities
- Support the implementation and optimization of SharePoint systems for regulatory affairs documentation and regulatory intelligence
- Assist in updating user guides and reference documents for export management systems
- Collaborate on quality assurance procedures and internal instruction documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination, synthesis, and communication on regulatory compliance matters
- Contribute to the development of compliance tools, guidelines, and best practices for regulatory traceability
Qualifications
- Scientific background in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in standard office software and collaborative digital tools such as SharePoint
- Demonstrated rigour, intellectual curiosity, and capacity for independent initiative
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Baccalauréat +4 or +5 qualification (or equivalent)
Skills
Experience
Exposure to or foundational knowledge of regulatory frameworks, environmental legislation, or compliance processes within a creative, manufacturing, or product development environment is advantageous. Direct experience with PPWR or EU cosmetic regulations is not required but would strengthen the candidacy.
Education
Baccalauréat +4 or +5 in a scientific discipline, such as pharmacy, chemistry, biology, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or engineering.
