Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional sales strategy and execution across assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key wholesale partners and luxury retail accounts
- Oversee sales team performance, coaching, and professional development
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform pricing and promotional strategy
- Prepare and present regional sales forecasts, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management
