Chanel seeks a Regional Sales Manager, Fragrance & Beauty in Quebec/Vancouver to lead territory teams across Canada. Full-time, $120,000–$135,000 plus bonus and car allowance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot regional sales plans, analyze performance by store and Territory Manager, and propose corrective actions as needed
- Ensure realization of sales objectives and intervene rapidly when challenges arise
- Communicate proactively on results, opportunities, and territorial issues to senior leadership
- Develop strong relationships with Store Managers and operational teams to drive CHANEL business growth
- Collaborate with Training, Merchandising, CRM/e-retail, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of national initiatives
- Provide operational and management support to boutique teams
- Ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging all available materials and tools
- Supervise compliance of counters with CHANEL merchandising and hygiene standards
- Report field observations on events, commercial performance, and new product rotation to optimize promotional impact
- Instill a culture of excellence centered on customer experience at every touchpoint
- Guarantee rigorous application of clienteling best practices and customer relationship management
- Monitor service quality and handle complex situations and customer dissatisfaction with discretion
- Lead, inspire, and support Territory Managers and their teams to maximize commercial results and customer experience
- Deploy personalized development plans and conduct annual evaluations, recommending tailored training
- Manage recruitment needs and staff integration, and handle specific HR matters
- Pilot inventory management to anticipate trends and capitalize on commercial opportunities
- Support operational and training needs of Territory Managers
- Actively participate in recruiting demonstrators for major launches and events
- Ensure proper functioning and performance of beauty cabins
- Participate in planning store openings, closures, and renovations
- Embody CHANEL's elegant and professional image at all times
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience of 7–10 years minimum in a regional sales management role, ideally in the Beauty or Luxury sector
- Solid track record in the fragrance and beauty product universe; experience with multiple suppliers considered an asset
- Excellent competencies in strategic planning, communication, and monitoring
- Natural leadership; ability to mobilize and unite teams toward ambitious objectives
- Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and collaborative spirit
- High flexibility and ease in a constantly evolving environment
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, essential for interacting with local and international teams

Experience
7–10 years minimum in regional sales management, preferably in the luxury beauty or fragrance sector. Demonstrated success leading territory teams, driving commercial targets, and maintaining brand standards across multiple retail locations.
Education

Compensation
