Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee regional sales performance and revenue targets for fragrance and beauty divisions
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive market penetration and brand growth
- Manage and mentor sales teams across multiple locations within the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and wholesale accounts
