Chanel seeks a Regional Process Manager - Procurement & Supply O2C in Croydon. Lead regional process governance and continuous improvement for procurement and O2C.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and govern regional end-to-end processes for procurement and order-to-cash (O2C), ensuring alignment with global standards and local constraints.
- Define, document and maintain process maps, control frameworks and standard operating procedures across procurement, supply and finance touchpoints.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to shorten cycle times, reduce cost-to-serve and improve invoice-to-cash and supplier-to-pay KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (procurement, supply planning, logistics, finance, sales and IT) to deliver process changes and system roll-outs.
- Design and monitor performance dashboards, establish KPIs and report on process health to regional and global leadership.
- Lead regional change management, training and capability-building to embed new processes and controls.
- Conduct periodic process audits and risk assessments; implement remediation plans to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering or a related discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum five years’ professional experience in procurement, supply chain or process management, with demonstrable ownership of O2C/P2P cycles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional process transformation and governance across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong analytical capability with experience defining KPIs and operating performance dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience within luxury retail, fashion or consumer goods supply chains is strongly preferred.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain or process management with regional remit. Demonstrated track record of driving O2C or procure-to-pay process improvements, implementing controls and delivering cross-functional change—experience in luxury retail or fashion preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
