Role & Responsibilities
- Own, standardise and continuously improve regional Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across distribution and inventory to increase accuracy, velocity and compliance.
- Define and monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, fill rate, cycle time, claims, disputes) and deliver actionable insight to regional operations and commercial stakeholders.
- Partner with warehouses, 3PLs and internal teams (logistics, demand planning, finance, retail operations) to resolve exceptions and optimise flows.
- Lead cross-functional projects to deploy process changes, system upgrades and control frameworks; manage project plans, risk and change activities.
- Design and deliver process documentation, governance, training materials and rollout to ensure consistent execution across the region.
- Investigate root causes of distribution or inventory variance and implement corrective actions (process, systems, or organisational).
- Act as the regional escalation point for O2C issues, liaising with corporate centres of excellence and external partners to secure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of end-to-end O2C, distribution or inventory process ownership in retail, luxury goods or FMCG at a regional level.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and change programmes involving operations, finance and IT stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and process modelling techniques.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive supply chain, distribution or order-to-cash experience with demonstrable ownership of regional processes and cross-functional project delivery, preferably within retail or luxury goods.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
