Chanel is hiring a Regional Process Lead, Supply in Paris to lead regional supply-chain process standardization and transformation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define, deploy and govern standardized end-to-end supply processes across the assigned region to ensure consistency with global policies and local constraints.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives (supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics) from diagnosis through implementation and sustainment.
- Translate global supply strategy into regional process roadmaps, deliverables and KPIs; track adoption and performance against targets.
- Design and maintain process documentation, operating procedures and governance artefacts; ensure interfaces between ERP, procurement and logistics systems are aligned with process flows.
- Coordinate change management, training and communication for regional stakeholders; act as primary liaison between regional operations and global process owners.
- Drive use of data and analytics to identify inefficiencies and propose prioritized improvement opportunities; monitor post-implementation benefits.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and sustainability requirements in process design and execution.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in supply chain process design, transformation or continuous improvement in a complex, multi-site or regional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programmes and influence senior stakeholders without direct line authority.
- Strong analytical capability with experience translating data into actionable process changes and measurable KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience producing clear process documentation, training materials and executive reporting.
- Professional certification or training in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM) is highly desirable.

Experience
Approximately 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations or procurement, including several years leading regional or cross-functional process initiatives and change programmes within a complex manufacturing or retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline; a master's degree or advanced training in supply chain/operations is preferred.
