Role & Responsibilities
- Design, standardize and deploy sales processes across the assigned region to ensure consistent customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross‑functional projects with retail, wholesale, IT, HR and supply chain stakeholders to implement process improvements and system changes.
- Define and monitor region-level KPIs, analyse performance variances and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Drive change management activities including training design, rollout planning and post-implementation support for local markets.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, governance, and best-practice playbooks to support scalable operations.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to align process requirements with system capabilities and to prioritise enhancement requests.
- Support regional leadership with operational reporting, risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for sales operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at regional and local levels.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience translating data into operational improvements.
- Demonstrable expertise in process mapping, design thinking or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and experience delivering training and change‑management programs.
- High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools; familiarity with retail CRM, POS or ERP systems is advantageous.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in sales operations, retail operations, or process improvement with a track record of leading regional projects and cross-functional initiatives in a luxury or retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field; advanced degree or professional certification in project management or process improvement preferred.
