Chanel Regional Process Lead - Record to Report position in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Manage D365 and SAP FI/CO transformation across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Validate Core Model alignment with country R2R processes and collect additional requirements; prepare change management and execute testing and training for D365 HERO deployment across European countries
- Support French finance teams on SAP FI/CO modules, manage incident escalation, provide technical guidance on ticket resolution, implement parameterizations, and document current and target processes
- Write functional specifications for system enhancements, oversee development lifecycles, conduct user testing and training, and chair regular stakeholder meetings to track progress and gather requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize end-to-end R2R workflows, enhance user satisfaction through operational optimization, and implement best practices while managing organizational change
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness, monitor performance against targets, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational excellence and data quality
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or Financial Transformation disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant or AMOA (Business Analyst) in an organization using SAP FI/CO
- Strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting
- Fluent English (spoken and written); proficient French language skills

Minimum 5 years in SAP FI/CO consulting or business analysis within organizations utilizing SAP FI/CO systems, with demonstrated expertise in financial process transformation and system implementation.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from a Grande École de Commerce, École d'Ingénieur, or Master's programme in Finance, Information Technology, or Financial Transformation.
