Chanel is hiring a Regional Makeup Artist in London to lead beauty artistry and training across the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver professional makeup services and consultations across Chanel boutiques and partner counters in the London region, ensuring an exceptional client experience and adherence to brand technique.
- Develop and deliver training programmes, masterclasses and one-to-one coaching for retail beauty teams to raise technical standards, product knowledge and conversion rates.
- Support commercial objectives by advising on client selling strategies, participating in clienteling initiatives and helping teams meet regional KPIs.
- Represent the beauty division at in-store events, launches, trunk shows and regional activations; create look concepts aligned with seasonal campaigns and merchandising.
- Maintain a professional artist kit and ensure hygiene, product rotation and compliance with brand protocols.
- Collaborate with regional management, merchandising and marketing to feed back consumer insights, product performance and competitive trends.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in makeup artistry, cosmetology or equivalent accredited training.
- Demonstrable portfolio of professional work across editorial, bridal or luxury retail contexts.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training to frontline teams with measurable impact.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with fluency in English and the ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel across the London region, including occasional weekend or evening events.

Experience
Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a makeup artist, with at least 2 years delivering makeup services within luxury cosmetics or high-end retail and proven experience training or mentoring teams.
Education
Diploma or certificate in professional makeup artistry, cosmetology or equivalent vocational qualification.
