Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-calibre makeup services and personalised consultations across Chanel counters and boutiques in the Leicester, Nottingham and Derby region.
- Drive beauty sales and achieve regional KPIs through expert product recommendation, bespoke makeovers and follow-up clienteling.
- Lead in-store masterclasses, demonstrations and promotional events to elevate brand presence and train retail teams on product use and technique.
- Ensure flawless brand presentation: maintain merchandising standards, hygiene protocols, kit inventory and sample stewardship.
- Provide timely market feedback on trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to the regional management and brand teams.
- Operate as a beauty ambassador: build and maintain a network of repeat clients, manage appointments, and use CRM tools to nurture relationships.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in makeup artistry, beauty therapy or equivalent vocational certification.
- Demonstrable expertise in luxury beauty application, colour theory and skin tone matching.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel across the designated region; UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training and client-facing masterclasses.

Several years (typically 3+) of professional experience in luxury beauty retail, counter-based brands, freelance editorial/bridal work or equivalent, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering client education.
Education
Diploma or certification in makeup artistry, beauty therapy or similar vocational qualification.
