Chanel seeks a Regional Financial Controller in Paris to drive pricing governance and financial planning for the Watches & Fine Jewelry Division across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate pricing review and repricing processes for European markets, monitoring foreign exchange impacts and ensuring system consistency and accuracy
  • Support inventory valuation, gross margin analysis, and contribution to monthly and year-end closing activities
  • Conduct ad hoc profitability analyses and lead allocation cycles across the Watches & Fine Jewelry Europe scope
  • Monitor After-Sales Service P&L and identify efficiency and profitability improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate inventory processes for European central warehouses and support boutique inventory periods across Europe
  • Analyze inventory results, identify recurring issues, and propose corrective action plans and process improvements
  • Act as AI Champion within the Finance team, promoting digital innovation and best practices in data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain and update Finance procedures to reflect business evolution; collaborate with Fashion Division to drive synergies
  • Contribute to key transformation projects including ORION and HERO, and enhance the WIN tool

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Finance, Business Analysis, FP&A, or Audit
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to transform data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools is advantageous
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
