Chanel seeks Regional Finance Manager for Sustainability Performance across North Asia and SEAA, based in Hong Kong.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management and performance analysis related to sustainability and ESG initiatives across North Asia and Southeast Asia regions
- Monitor capital allocation toward sustainability projects and corporate responsibility programmes; track ROI and financial impact
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards presenting sustainability performance metrics to regional and corporate leadership
- Collaborate with sustainability, operations, and finance teams to develop budgets and forecast scenarios for ESG-related programmes
- Ensure compliance with corporate sustainability reporting standards and regulatory requirements across all operating markets
- Support cost optimization and financial efficiency of sustainability-related operational processes
- Conduct variance analysis on sustainability-linked budgets and provide actionable recommendations to regional management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in finance, with demonstrated focus on sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility financial reporting
- Proven experience managing regional financial performance across multiple countries or markets
- Strong working knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and ESG metrics
- Proficiency with financial analysis tools and business intelligence software
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with substantive exposure to sustainability, environmental, social, or corporate responsibility financial management. Prior regional finance experience across multiple markets in Asia or similar complex organizational environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
